Sour Cream Enchildas

2/3 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken
minced onion
Grated cheese
cubed/shredded cooked chicken
Green chiles, opitional

Combine 2/3 cup sour cream and a can of cream of chicken. Add in some minced onion (about 1/4 cup). Spread a little on bottom of casserole dish.
Add chiles to mixture if using (I don't use them because Rex doesn't like chiles). Spoon some into tortilla, put some chicken, and cheese. Fold tortilla. Place in casserole dish. Repeat with other tortillas. Put remaining sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
