Hamburger Stroganoff

1/2 cup minced garlic
1/8 tsp garlic salt
1 lb hamburger
2 Tbsp flour
2 tsp salt, I use less salt, because when I use 2 tsp is too salty.
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream

Brown hamburger and onion (I don't actually measure the onion, I just sprinkle some in). Add flour (and mushrooms, if you like them). Cook 5 minutes. Stir in soup and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. I also add about 1/2 can of water. Stir in sour cream. Heat through and serve over noodles.

I have made this for years and we love it. Ian doesn't like the hamburger, that is picked or spit out. I think his favorite part is the noodles.
