Chicken Biscuits

This is a recipe that I have made a lot. Rex loves it.

Mix together:
cooked chicken, diced/pulled apart (I do about 2 chicken breasts)
8 oz cream cheese
some green onions (I use 3 or 4)

Melt butter in a bowl (about 4 tbsp)

Crush Stovetop Stuffing and put in another bowl

Roll out biscuits, fill with cream cheese mixture. fold and pinch edges closed. Roll in butter and the Stove top stuffing.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Gravy:
1 can cream of chicken
8 oz sour cream
1 Tbsp mayo
salt and pepper to taste

Heat through and serve over biscuits.

I know this recipe is really fatty, but it is really good. I tried to post a picture, but it wasn't working.
