Prok Chop Rice Bake

4 pork chops (I used 2 since we don't need 4)
2 1/4 c chicken broth
1/2 c onion
1 c rice
1 tsp salt

Brown chops well. Remove from skillet. Add broth, onion, and salt to skillet. Heat to boiling. Stir in rice. Turn into baking dish. Top with chops and cover. Bake for 1 hour at 350.

The pork chops are okay, I think they need more seasoning. Ian ate a lot of it though. He kept asking for more "chicken." All meat is chicken to him, except hot dogs. The rice is really good though.
